USS GRIDLEY 2009 REUNION
BOULDER STATION HOTEL & CASINO
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA
APRIL 28TH- MAY 2ND, 2009
We have reserved a block of rooms at
$49.00 (Sun-Thurs) and $89.00 (Fri & Sat).
The hotel has set aside a few rooms for
May 3rd in case some of you would like to stay longer.
The rate is for single or double
occupancy. The above rates are subject to tax (currently 9%) and a Hotel
Amenity Fee of $4.95 plus tax.
RESERVATION PROCEDURES:
You must call the Station Casinos Central Reservations at (888)
476-8706, and identify yourself as USS GRIDLEY attendee. In order to
receive the group room rate a credit card or a deposit in the amount of
(1) night’s room and tax charge is to be received no later than (14)
days from the date the room reservation was made, if not the reservation
will be cancelled. The hotel will take reservations until April,
09,2009, after that the hotel will take reservations on an availability
basis and at the current hotel rate.
CHECK IN:
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 12:00 noon.
Please remember to sign up for your Boarding Pass card. If you gamble
you will earn comp dollars that you can use at the casino.

TOUR
Note: Until we see how many people sign up for the tour we can’t give
you a time. The Bus co requires a 4 hr rental so I would assume we would
leave around noon. The actual time at the DAM is about one hour forty
five minutes.
DEPOSIT:
We
will need a deposit of $100 per person. This will cover the breakfast,
dinner, tax, tip, name tags etc. We have to pay for the meals before we
arrive.
