Does Homer Herndon (OI Div late 60's) still stop at his front door when coming home from a toot, disrobe one garment at a time and throw each one through the doorway before majestically stalking in to go to bed?

Can Kingi (OI Div late 60's) still shoot water across the room from a gland under his tongue?

Answer:  Yes, according to Kingi it is not all that weird, but we sure thought it was!

Can RDC Coy Martin (Plank Owner) still do one armed pushups?

GRIDLEY carried two Vietnamese Warrant Officers onboard during the 68 deployment in the Tonkin Gulf. CWO Tran Van Be and CWO Vo Dinh Tri.  Does anyone know what happened to them after 1975?
Per John McDaniel,  there was a time in the 80's that the grid made 38 knots in a measured mile. too bad the c.o. didn't want to go for a speed record, held by the USS Horne for conventional powered steam. probably she could have done 40 knots at that time.

Phil Carter recalls - In 1967 GRIDLEY made a speed run from Christchurch, NZ to Wellington, NZ.  Does anyone remember how fast we went that time?
